30-Night Risk-Free Trial

We want you and your pet to love CozyClaw™. That's why every order comes with a 30-night risk-free trial. You have 30 nights after receiving your item to see if it's the perfect spot for your pet.

If it's not a match, simply request a return within 30 days of delivery. "Used" is perfectly fine – that's what the trial is for. We only ask that the bed is returned in reasonably clean condition (free of accidents, excessive dirt, or damage beyond normal use).

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must request the return within 30 days of delivery
  • The bed must be reasonably clean (normal pet hair is fine; stains, odors, or accidents are not)
  • No major damage beyond normal use (torn seams, broken zippers, etc.)
  • Original packaging is helpful but not required

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@cozyclaw.shop with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with instructions.

Return shipping cost: The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service. Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except for damaged or incorrect items).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

  • Refund is issued to your original payment method
  • Processing takes 10 business days after we receive the item
  • Your bank may take additional time to post the refund

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong size/color, contact us immediately at support@cozyclaw.shop. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on beds that have been soiled with pet urine, feces, or vomit, or that have excessive damage beyond normal use. Normal wear and fur are fine.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, under EU law. The same "reasonably clean" condition applies.
