Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Please note:
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country.
- These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
- International orders may experience longer delivery times due to customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. You can track your order at any time using the link provided.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed (more than 5 business days past the estimated delivery date), please contact us immediately at support@cozyclaw.shop. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Shipping Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at support@cozyclaw.shop.
